Cory works side-by-side with clients to turn complex applications into marketable, viable solutions. Over the years he has built long-lasting business relationships by demonstrating creative, thoughtful leadership and proven industry knowledge. He achieves success for his clients through strategic thinking and insightful marketing positioning within highly competitive industries. Cory graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in psychology.
Noble is one of our founding partners and serves as an inside consultant to our clients. He has extensive experience in dealing with new product introductions – from initial positioning to product launch. Prior to joining ST&P, Noble was a Group Vice President at Arocom Marketing Group, where he was responsible for strategic planning for clients in the DIY industry. Noble’s experience also includes ten years as a marketing tactics analyst with the FTC. Throughout his career, Noble has worked on a variety of consumer products, services and retail accounts.
Rick began work as a copywriter for Byer & Bowman Advertising in Columbus, Ohio. Since then, he has held various positions in operations and general agency management for Young & Rubican Special Markets (New York, New York and Cincinnati, Ohio), Hameroff Milenthal (Columbus, Ohio) and Senior Vice President/Director of Operations at Hesselbart & Mitten Advertising/Arocom. Today Rick is one of the founding partners of ST&P.
He reads about them online. He watches them on TV. He tinkers with them in his garage. Russ is a car nut through and through. As the creative director at ST&P, Russ injects our creative department with the horsepower it needs to produce original, innovative ideas that go above and beyond the project objectives. Russ also drove the agency into the world of online promotions, e-marketing and online brand building.
Mike offers more than three decades of marketing experience in sales, sales management, advertising, research and strategic planning. He even formed his own advertising agency before finally taking his talents to ST&P as a founding partner. And that’s when he got REALLY interesting… but that’s a whole other website!.
